Guarantees

The guarantee that corresponds to your loan request depends on the project that you will present us, as well as on its profitability and on the analysis that we will conduct. Normally the funds of the investors, who are placing their capitals in the projects recommended by us, are insured by so called Guarantee of Credit coverage, which is constituted in a commitment that covers the rights of the creditor with respect to the beneficiary of the line of financing, in case of infringement of the clauses of refund of a credit contract by the beneficiary of crediting, and which provides the protection from the direct financial loss, which results from the insolvency or non-payments of a client in the process of the development of a project, as well as against absence of payment or inopportune payment both of the quotes or the entire total of the loan.
